Performance comparison of three isolated zero-current-switched quasi-resonant converter (ZCS-QRC) topologies is presented. It is shown that the half-bridge topology is the most suitable for high-frequency off-line applications. A complete analysis and design of an off-line half-bridge ZCS-QRC with secondary-side resonance is given.
