For the first time, the book provides an in-depth comparative analysis of the regulatory experience of 31 jurisdictions and 16 international organizations in the field of artificial intelligence. The emphasis is on the specifics of the regulatory agenda of Asian countries. Unified criteria for the analysis of the legal systems of various countries are proposed in terms of the impact of regulation on the development of artificial intelligence technologies, including strategic planning and special regulation of artificial intelligence technologies, features of regulation in the field of data, in particular personal data, regulation of autonomous vehicles, regulation of artificial intelligence in healthcare and public administration, as well as ethics in the field of artificial intelligence. The book was created on the basis of more than a thousand different foreign normative sources translated into Russian.
The publication is the first result of the work of AI Far Eastern Center of Sberbank and the Far Eastern Federal University.
