This Code shall govern construction of new and reconstruction of working trunk pipelines and their branches having a nominal diameter up to 1400 mm, inclusive, and excess pressure not exceeding 10 MPa (100 kgf/cm2) intended for:
—Petroleum, petroleum products, natural and petroleum hydrocarbon gases, and natural and artificial hydrocarbon gases transported from points of production (main transfer pumpand compressor stations) or storage to points of distribution/consumption (oil tank farms, terminals, loading depots, gas distributionstation stations at cities and populated areas, individualindustrial and agricultural facilities, and ports).
