In this paper we were especially concerned with two aims: First, to make the presentation rather self-contained and not to use too many references to other papers (except, in using well-known theorems). Secondly, we especially cared to supply detailed proofs, even at those points where this implies cumbersome labour and one is tempted to "leave the proof to the reader".
